Tanvir Alam Sifat was one of the top performers of my Technology team in BRAC Microfinance. During our time together, he led the digitalization project of client service processes and enriched the field force’s mobile APP with new functionalities. Among other contributions, he was also the technical manager of the “Cash Disbursement over MFS” project, where he proved his capacity to manage multiple partners and stakeholders.

Tanvir is a multitalented IT professional with a unique combination of Business Analysis, Product Engineering, Project Management, and Partner Management skills. He has a positive mindset, is a quick learner, and is always ready to take on new challenges.

Any organization would be lucky to have Tanvir as part of its digitalization and IT journeys.

He is an absolute subject matter expert and he can connect the technology component to business and operations very well. Tanvir is a very good combination of hard work, enthusiasm, sincerity, and creativity. I had been working with him and observing him on different projects and initiatives for example - app-based collections and transactions in integration with digital financial service, technology-based customer service solutions, etc. He is very good at understanding end-to-end business processes and designing solutions accordingly. He also has good potential in project coordination and communication. While working in a team I found Tanvir is quite open and acceptable to different perspectives.
